What does your pricing include?

Our pricing is fully inclusive, with no hidden charges or unexpected fees once your booking is confirmed. The rate provided remains consistent throughout your stay and includes parking, full furnishings, linens, and all essential living amenities. Utilities such as electricity, water, and gas are included, along with high-speed Wi-Fi. Final cleaning, snow removal, and yard services, as applicable, are also included in the package. The only additional cost that may apply is a one-time pet cleaning fee for guests bringing animals. We accept all major forms of credit card payment as well as bank transfers, making the process simple and convenient. We take pride in offering clear, upfront pricing and a transparent booking experience.

What’s included in the home?

Each Allerdyce and Co. property is designed to offer a complete and elevated living experience. Every home and condominium is fully furnished with high-quality, thoughtfully chosen pieces that blend comfort and style, with an emphasis on supporting local artisans and creators from Saskatoon wherever possible. Guests enjoy plush bedding, premium towels, and a curated selection of household essentials — including dish soap, shampoo, soap, and more — proudly sourced from The Refillery, a local business focused on providing home and personal products that are sustainable and non-toxic.

 

Kitchens are equipped for everyday use and feature practical conveniences such as a coffee maker and kettle, while bathrooms are stocked with a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board for added ease. High-speed internet is available in every residence, and each unit includes a smart television. Where required, seasonal snow removal is included, ensuring comfort and accessibility throughout the year.

What is the minimum length of stay?

All stays must meet a minimum of thirty days, according to Saskatchewan’s Residential Tenancy guidelines. We are happy to accommodate longer stays, and extension requests may be approved based on availability.

Are your units pet-friendly?

Yes, the majority of our properties are pet-friendly, with the exception of the Escala  and Penthouse units. We welcome up to two domestic pets under twenty-five pounds, such as dogs or cats. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $200 per pet applies for the duration of the stay. If you are travelling with more than two pets, we’re happy to review those requests on a case-by-case basis.

Are all of your units furnished?

Yes. All of our properties are fully furnished and professionally styled to create an inviting, residential atmosphere. From high-quality mattresses and tasteful furnishings to luxurious linens and thoughtfully appointed details, each space is ready for immediate occupancy and everyday living.

Does your homes include a dedicated workspace?

The majority of our homes feature a dedicated workspace designed to support remote work and business needs, complete with a desk and a comfortable setup for productivity. The only exceptions are the two basement suites at Feheregyhazi Boulevard, which do not include formal workstations. However, these units still offer appropriate areas to work, such as a table and chair within the space. All other residences in our collection are equipped with their dedicated workspaces, thoughtfully integrated to support guests working from home.

What security measures are in place?

Each property is equipped with security features to ensure peace of mind. Condominium buildings provide secure fob access and either physical keys or combination locks for entry. Standalone homes are fitted with combination door locks and exterior security cameras. All cameras are installed outside the house, with the utmost respect for guest privacy.

Are your homes family-friendly?

Yes, many of our properties are thoughtfully suited for families with children of all ages. They feature multiple bedrooms, backyard areas, and ample indoor space, making them ideal for everyday family living. Several homes are located near parks and green spaces, and many are situated close to the beautiful South Saskatchewan River, right in the heart of the city. This area offers a variety of family-friendly activities and attractions, especially throughout the spring and summer months, including playgrounds, trails, festivals, and riverfront events.

Are utilities and internet included?

Yes. All essential utilities are included in the rental rate. This includes electricity, water, gas, and high-speed internet. Smart TVs are provided in each property.

Can I request additional cleaning during my stay?

Additional cleaning services can be arranged at any time during your stay for an added fee. While final cleaning is included in your booking, mid-stay or scheduled cleanings can be coordinated through our team to suit your preferences.

Do any of the properties have yards or outdoor space?

Yes, many of our properties feature outdoor areas. These include a variety of options such as fenced backyards, patios, balconies, and even spaces with artificial turf for low-maintenance comfort. Some homes offer fully enclosed yards ideal for families or guests with pets, while others provide outdoor seating areas perfect for relaxing or entertaining. We encourage guests to inquire based on their specific preferences and needs, and we’ll be happy to match you with a property that offers the type of outdoor space you're looking for, subject to availability.

Are other services available during my stay?

Yes. Our team is always available to support guests with additional requests or services.
