With a passion for travel and an eye for exceptional accommodations, Ian brings a refined understanding of comfort and luxury to the guest experience at Allerdyce & Co. 

Kristina Sutherland is a registered psychologist with a background in psychological assessment. She has a lifelong love for the South Saskatchewan River and the surrounding neighbourhoods, where she has lived for many years. Today, she continues to live and work in the same communities where Allerdyce & Co. properties are located. Kristina is passionate about real estate and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Her focus is on creating high-quality guest experiences through thoughtful design and the highest standard of care for clients.

Nina Rudolph ensures every detail behind the scenes contributes to a seamless and memorable guest experience. Raised just north of Saskatoon and now proudly calling the city home, Nina brings over a decade of experience working in a public school division. Known for her exceptional organization, positive energy, and problem-solving abilities, she plays a key role in the day-to-day success of operations.

Helena Thiessen brings years of experience and a deep commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and perfectionist standards, Helena ensures each property is maintained to the highest level. She oversees all housekeeping operations, manages inventory and stock supply, and coordinates updates to furniture and in-home amenities. With a sharp eye for quality and functionality, Helena plays a vital role in maintaining the comfort, beauty, and reliability of every Allerdyce & Co. property.

With over ten years of experience living and working in Saskatoon, Abby is deeply connected to the community she serves. A Speech-Language Pathologist by training, she brings exceptional communication skills and a people-first mindset to her role at Allerdyce & Co. Abby works closely with prospective guests and insurance partners, helping families and individuals discover the warmth, care, and quality that define each Allerdyce & Co. property.
